Syabas 99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to Syabas 99. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the online gaming platform operated by Syabas 99 at syabas99.run and all associated subdomains and applications ("Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Syabas 99 Platform, you are legally agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are required to refrain from using the Syabas 99 Platform.

Syabas 99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current terms in effect. To register and use Syabas 99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. Syabas 99 strictly prohibits the participation of underage individuals in any form of gaming on the Platform.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident holding a current Malaysian identity card number (MyKad/MyPR).
• Not currently on any gambling exclusion list issued by any authority in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not acting as an agent, representative, or on the instructions of any third party when using the Platform.

By registering, you warrant and declare that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Should Syabas 99 find that any information provided is false or misleading, the Platform reserves the right to close your account and withhold any funds held therein pending the outcome of an investigation.

Each eligible individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) Syabas 99 account only. Multiple account registrations, whether under the same name or different names, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• The name registered must match exactly the name on your Malaysian identity card.
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for verification and communication purposes.
• A valid and active email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

Syabas 99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security. Never share your account password with anyone, including Syabas 99 support staff — our team will never ask for your password through any channel.

All financial transactions on the Syabas 99 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

• Malaysian E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Internet Banking: FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other major Malaysian banks)
• Direct Bank Transfer: To a designated Malaysian bank account

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members; limits may vary for certain account types.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Syabas 99 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial service providers.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Syabas 99 account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Syabas 99 reserves the right to request KYC verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is any suspicious activity or an active dispute on your account.

Syabas 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each respective promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Where no wagering requirement is explicitly stated, the default wagering requirement is 1x the bonus amount.
• Unused bonuses within the period 30 days calendar days from the date of crediting will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Syabas 99 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected, including placing opposing bets (hedging) to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus constitutes fraud and will be subject to disciplinary action.

VIP Rewards Programme

The Syabas 99 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is determined by your account's cumulative lifetime deposits and is permanent — your tier will never be downgraded.

• VIP cashback is calculated based on total wagers and credited automatically every week (Bronze to Platinum) or daily (Diamond).
• Level-up bonuses are subject to a 1x wagering requirement only.
• Syabas 99 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with 14 days' notice to affected members.

All games offered on the Syabas 99 Platform — including live baccarat, slots, fish shooting, online lottery, Malaysia Super League football betting, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found in the relevant game sections.

• The outcome of all games on Syabas 99 is final. No appeals may be made against the result of a completed game.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Syabas 99 will use stored log data to determine a fair outcome. If insufficient data is available, the wager will be voided and the funds returned.
• Syabas 99 reserves the right to void any match or game where there is evidence of manipulation, obvious pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Bets accepted as a result of obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds that deviate significantly from the market) may be voided by Syabas 99.

As a Syabas 99 member, you agree to uphold all of the following responsibilities when using the Platform:

• Using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial activity without prior written consent from Syabas 99.
• Not using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the operation of the Platform in any way.

• Not using offensive, threatening, or abusive language when interacting with support staff or other members.
• Take full responsibility for the use of your account and ensure that no unauthorised party gains access to it.

You also acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities are conducted at your own discretion and risk. Syabas 99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the Platform.

• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

If your account is closed for a valid reason (not due to a breach), any remaining balance will be returned in full within 14 business days following verification of your identity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Syabas 99 and its parent company, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform, including betting losses.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Syabas 99's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Any act or omission carried out by third-party payment service providers.

Syabas 99 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

• Self-Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period.

The dispute resolution process is as follows:

4. Management-level appeals will be resolved within 14 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. By using the Syabas 99 Platform, you agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process.
